Health, Wellness & Cancer Survivorship Program

ELLICSR Health and Wellness Program is built on the collaborative efforts of two large programs at Princess Margaret - Patient Education and Survivorship. Team members are pooling expertise and resources to establish an integrated and coordinated empowerment program for survivors to improve overall health and wellness and revolutionize their cancer experience.  We are actively building partnerships with clinical partners and community cancer organizations to realize this vision. 

Goals of the Program

• To empower patients and their families, to become experts in the management of their own symptoms, health, and wellness along the entire trajectory of care
• To integrate effective patient education into our models of care delivery
• To harness the power of communities to drive and accelerate innovation in survivorship programs and services
