Join a panel of experts in social wellness to hear about how your social network can help you through your cancer journey. Learn strategies, tools and techniques to help understand and cope with your own social wellbeing.
Keynote Speaker, Dr. Catherine Sabiston holds a Canada Research Chair in Physical Activity and Mental Health and is an Associate Professor in Exercise and Health Psychology at the University of Toronto. Dr. Sabiston will speak about social wellness and cancer.
Enjoy free wellness workshops, seated massage, food and entertainment.
