Ingredients

2 cupsGreek Yogurt
1 tbspGreen Tea Matcha Powder
1/4 cupHoney
1Banana, peeled and sliced into 1/2 inch rounds
2 tbspMaple Syrup

Directions

  1. ​In a food processor, blend yogurt, honey, mint leaves and matcha powder until well combined. Pour mixture into a glass baking dish of roughly 8 x 6 inches, so that the mixture is about 2 inches deep.
  2. Place dish in the freezer and give it a stir every hour or so for about 3 to 4 hours, until the mixture is almost solid. Scoop into a food processor and process until smooth.
  3. In a medium saute pan over medium heat add maple syrup.
  4. Once the maple syrup starts to form large bubbles, add banana slices and toss well to coat. Saute for another 2 minutes until golden brown. Pour over the green tea frozen yogurt.
