Nausea can occur for many
different reasons such as chemotherapy drugs, medications used for pain, or
radiation therapy to the abdomen and pelvic area, upper chest or brain.

It is important to drink enough fluid to avoid dehydration.
Try to 1.5-2 litres of fluid during the day instead of gulping large amounts
quickly. You may find it easier to separate fluids from solid foods. For
example, have a drink one half hour before or after eating a meal.

Ginger is renowned for easing nausea and an upset stomach; that effect
increases when its consumed with some protein.
