Ingredients

3 eachRipe Peaches
1 cupPlain Yogurt
1/4 cupToasted Almonds, roughly chopped
1 tbspMaple Syrup
1 tbspLemon juice and zest


Directions

  1. Combine yogurt with maple syrup and lemon zest, mix well, spread thinly over a large plate or bowl. Place in the freezer for about 10 minutes.
  2. Roughly chop up your peaches, toss with lemon juice and a very small pinch of salt.
  3. Spoon your peaches over the yogurt and top with some toasted almonds. Enjoy!
