Nutrition Facts
Hydrate for health.
Did you know that being well hydrated can improve your energy levels and brain function? Aim to get 6 to 8 8-ounce cups daily. You may need more during the heat of summer, if you sweat a lot or if you are receiving chemotherapy.
Try this refreshing mocktail!
Unlike an alcoholic cocktail, you can count every single ounce towards your daily needs.
Fruit benefits.
Adding a colourful variety of fruits to your diet is an easy way to enhance your health.
The pineapple and lime in this recipe provide a good dose of vitamin C. Pair it with the Lentil Apricot Herb Salad and the vitamin C will increase your body's absorption of iron from the lentils.
Have mouth sores?
Swap mango for the pineapple and use the lime zest instead of the juice for flavour.
Enjoy!
